I collaborated with the renowned Remirez de Ganuza winery to capture the essence of their winemaking philosophy and the rich, tactile quality of their craft. This photographic series blends portraits of the winemakers in their element, the intimate details of wine-tasting rituals, and the natural beauty of some of their vineyards in autumn. My work spans all five of its gastronomic spaces, with a special focus on the culinary masterpieces of its 2 Michelin star restaurant, Deessa, led by chef Quique Dacosta.

I’ve spent countless hours in The Madrid Edition’s kitchens, capturing the culinary creations of its world-class restaurants. Here, you’ll find images of the Mexican dishes from the former Jerónimo restaurant, led by the renowned Enrique Olvera and his team, as well as the Peruvian specialties from the exceptional Oroya restaurant, directed by chefs Diego Muñoz and Danitza Gabriela. I’ve also documented numerous guest bartending events at the Lobby Bar and inside the intimate Punch Room, along with the stunning design elements of the hotel and lifestyle scenes.

April 2024
In April 2024, I had the privilege of documenting the powerful performance "Pocahontas and La Malinche" by New York-based transcultural artist Yohanna M. Roa at the Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza. The performance highlighted the lives of two historical figures who played pivotal roles during the conquests, with Roa embodying the social issues that have historically oppressed women of indigenous race and noble descent. The performance, curated by Semíramis González and produced by Laura Andrada, offered a profound reflection on race, gender, and power structures.

In December 2022, the lifestyle brand Balakata commissioned me to document their participation in ‘Ruta de la Mesa,’ organized by the Academy of the Table in Madrid. I captured both photos and videos of the beautiful table setup designed by Raúl Romero in collaboration with the florist firm Brumalis.
